The Frederic Koklen is committed to service and rewarding our loyal guests, and with this comes the Frederic Koklen frequent guest rewards program. The point driven program is built for you - the more you stay and spend, the more you get. It is that simple. Your points can be used to enhance your stay with upgrades, special services, discounts and gifts. You decide.
When you second arrive at the hotel you receive a SOUVENIR rewards card for frequent guests, which entitles you to:
• a 7% discount at the Sophie Cafe restaurant
• a 7% discount on your booking
• earn bonuses and exchange them for pleasant presents.
The card is attached to the guest's name, but it may be passed on to your family members or friends.
Becoming a frequent client and spending 50,000 UAH in our hotel will allow you to upgrade your card to a BRILLIANT SOUVENIR rewards card, which entitles you to:
• a 15% discount at Sophie Cafe
• a 15% discount when booking your next stay
• Hotel extras, which can be received upon arrival, e.g Birthday presents, personal bathrobes, etc
• Earn bonuses and exchange them for nice presents.
The card is attached to the guest's name, but it may be passed on to your family members or friends (they can enjoy all the benefits, except hotel extras).

The Bonus Point Reward Scheme
Frequent clients receive on their personal rewards card:
-1 Bonus Point for every 200 UAH spent in our hotel
(1 bonus equivalent to 2 UAH )
Upon accumulating enough bonus points, you can select the present of your choice*:
• Accommodation in any type of a room ** (subject to prior booking)
• Upgrading to a room of a higher standard (subject to availability)
• An order from Restaurant Sophie Cafe
• Use of a meeting room and equipment rental
• Hotel services, excluding services of third party providers
Bonus points are awarded for servises paid before departure from the hotel
***Accrued bonus points can not be exchanged for cash.
* The exchange of accrued bonus points for hotel services is allowed if there are enough poits and they equal the price of the chosen service.
**Rooms of any category may be exchanged for accrued bonus points for 1 UAH fee. In case of no show, the bonus points will not be returned. If the date of arrival is changed according to the terms of cancellation, bonus points will be returned to the card holder account.
